About Us
We provide the highest quality of Cosmetic, & Restorative Services, Implant Surgery, Orthodontics, and Comprehensive Care with both traditional braces or Invisalign, and we can assist you in the management of TMJ pain as well as Sleep Apnea and Snoring.

Dr. Napolitano heads up a team of nine dedicated staff members with more than 50 combined years of service to our office. We stay current with the best techniques in general dentistry to keep the cost of care as moderate as possible, we provide a warm, friendly and comfortable atmosphere in which to have your dental needs met.

We treat family members of all ages. Our seven staff members have children, ranging in age from 4 to 42 years old (and four grandchildren, too). We love children and welcome children to our practice!
We offer a full range of dental care, providing preventive, restorative and cosmetic care, as well as the dental management of Sleep Apnea and snoring, and management of TMJ disorders. Preventive care includes regular hygiene care together with exams and digital low-dose x-rays as needed. Restorative care includes fillings, crowns, bridges, full dentures, implant surgeries and restorations. Cosmetic care may include tooth whitening and in office whitening, bonding, veneers, and/or orthodontics (invisalign and traditional braces). We refer patients to dental specialty offices as needed and maintain strongly cooperative relationships with those offices, insuring that our patients receive great service and care should a referral be in the patient's best interest.
We offer our services in English, Vietnamese, and Spanish.
We work hard to be certain you understand what your insurance can do to help you with your dental care. We accept and bill most insurance plans.
Infection control and sterilization procedures meet or exceed the most stringent standards. Our sterilization equipment is tested for efficacy at regular recommended intervals. Our staff is thoroughly trained in the use of universal precautions to protect against infectious agents. Staff members maintain all required licenses and certifications.
Meet Dr. Napolitano
Dr. Napolitano
Larry to most who know him, grew up in Milpitas. He graduated with honors from both San Jose State University (biochemistry major) and the University of California at San Francisco School of Dentistry. At UCSF he was the most honored student in his graduating class and he completed additional training in advanced restorative dentistry, orthodontics (braces), oral surgery, endodontics (root canals), and biomaterial research, while serving as President of the School of Dentistry Student Body. Dr. Napolitano has practiced at this location in Milpitas since receiving his California Dental License in 1984. Larry is committed to both continuing education and serving the community. Dr. Napolitano's participation in study groups including cosmetic dentistry, implants, and advanced concepts in general dentistry has helped ensure his patients get the best possible care. Larry also received his fellowship with the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine allowing him to work closely with local physicians to treat sleep apnea and snoring.
He is honored to have served on the Peer Review Board of the Santa Clara County Dental Society and the California Dental Association Council on Peer Review as well as having served as a volunteer fire fighter and board member for the Spring Valley Volunteer Fire Department. His hobbies include tennis, gardening, koi ponds, and his grandchildren, Mary and Martin.
Larry continues to serve the community by providing exceptional care for his patients. More importantly he is now committed to mentoring a new generation of aspiring dentists both in his practice setting as well as dental continuing education seminars.

Associate Dentists
Dr. Pauline
Dr. Pauline Tran was born and raised in San Jose, CA, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Environmental Toxicology from UC Davis before completing her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry. Her strong scientific foundation shapes a thoughtful, comprehensive approach to oral health.
Dr. P is committed to providing a comfortable and informative patient experience, with a strong focus on prevention, education, and personalized care. As a lifelong learner, she actively pursues continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements, ensuring her patients receive comprehensive treatment options that balance both function and esthetics.
Outside of the office, Dr. P enjoys an active lifestyle, spending time with family and friends, cooking, refining her golf swing, and teaching her German Shepherd new tricks.
Dr. Kevin
Dr. Kevin Chen is a prosthodontist specializing in complex restorative and implant dentistry, from full mouth rehabilitations to advanced cosmetic and digital smile design. He is completing his prosthodontics residency at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) at the San Francisco VA Medical Center, where he focuses on implant surgery, All-on-X planning, and full mouth rehabilitation using the latest digital workflows.
Dr. Chen earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) with Honors, Cum Laude, from Temple University's Kornberg School of Dentistry, where he also served as a full-time clinical instructor, teaching digital dentistry and comprehensive care to dental students. His clinical training spans surgical extractions, socket preservation, guided implant placement, and traditional and digital prosthodontics.
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, Dr. Chen is passionate about making advanced dental care accessible and understandable for every patient. Outside the clinic, he's known for blending precision and creativity — from designing dental practice materials to advanced clinical photography — bringing the same attention to detail to every smile he helps create.
I like to hike, boulder, and play tennis in my free time. Traveling and eating new foods are activities that I enjoy outside of practicing dentistry.

Monika RDH
Monika was born in Italy and raised in San Jose. She received her BS degree in Dental Hygiene from Loma Lina University in 1988. She and her husband have two teenage children. They currently live in Gilroy . Monika has been working in our office since 1988. Monika’s outside interests are camping, volunteering at her children's schools and cooking gourmet meals.
Andrea RDH
Andrea was born and raised in San Jose. She graduated from Cabrillo College in 1992 with a degree in Dental Hygiene, and later went on to earn a BA in Psychology in 2012. Andrea is returning to our office after a twelve year absence. Since then she has been traveling and teaching clinical dental hygiene at Carrington College in San Jose. Andrea loves reading, practicing yoga, gardening, koi keeping and travel. She and her husband Brian spend time between their home in San Jose and their cabin in Arnold, CA.
Dieu Mi RDH
Mi was born in Vietnam, and raise in America. She received BS health science in 2017, and worked as Dental assistant since 2014. She got hygienist degree at Carrington college in 2021. Currently she live in Milpitas with her husband. Her hobbies are flower arrangement , volunteering, traveling, pack backing, hiking, kayaking.
Annie Murphy RDH
My name is Kim Anh Tran Murphy, but please feel free to call me Annie. I have been practicing as a registered dental hygienist since 2007, and after 18 years with Dr. Marshall, I am excited to have joined Dr. Napolitano’s team in January 2026.
I take great pride in staying current with the latest clinical advancements by attending specialized seminars hosted by the California Dental Association. I enjoy working in a family-oriented environment where I can truly get to know my patients. At every visit, I practice active listening to ensure you feel heard and cared for. My goal is to provide an excellent experience at every appointment.
Outside of work, I am an avid hiker and a passionate home cook. I look forward to seeing you soon.
Nhi Doan, RDH
We are pleased to introduce Nhi, our new team member who was born and raised in San Jose.
Nhi began her dental career at Foothill College, where she earned her associate degree and became a registered dental assistant in 2018. She recently completed her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene in 2023.
Outside of the office, Nhi enjoys traveling, watching adventure and competition shows, and spending time with her Australian Shepherd and two cats.

Serena (RDAEF)
Serena was born in raised in Milpitas, Ca. After completing her bachelors degree at Notre Dame de Namur University in Belmont, she moved back to Milpitas with her husband Anthony.
In 2015, after 9 years at a pediatric dental office in San Mateo, Serena was ready to work closer to home. She is raising her two girls with the help of her parents-also long time Milpitas residents. Serena enjoys recreational sports, reading and getting outdoors as often as possible with her family.
Marlena RDA
Marlena was born and raised in Milpitas, CA. She currently lives in Milpitas with her two daughters. In her spare time, Marlena enjoys spending time with her daughters going to amusement parks, bowling, arcades or the movies.
Marlena started her dental career in a pediatric dental office in 2009. She became a RDA in 2014 and joined the Napolitano dental family in July 2020.
Theresa RDA
My name is Theresa, and I am excited to introduce myself as the newest member of Dr. Napolitano’s team. Originally from Toronto, Canada, I moved to San Jose in 1992. I graduated from Foothill College and have been practicing as a Registered Dental Assistant in the Milpitas community for over 20 years.
After spending the last five years working with Dr. Marshall, I am thrilled to join Dr. Napolitano and his fantastic staff. I look forward to enhancing my skills and working with the advanced technology offered at this practice.
Outside of work, I enjoy exercising, hiking with friends, cooking for my family, and gardening—especially tending to my succulents and flowers.
I look forward to meeting you and providing you with excellent care.
Norma RDA
Norma was born in Mexico and her husband is from Nicaragua. She came to California in 1988 to work as a nanny and began her work in dentistry in 1990.
Norma came to our office in 2011 after 14 years working in children's dentistry. She has one son in high-school and one in college. Norma's favorite pastimes are cooking, sewing and travelling.

Cecilia MHA
My journey in dentistry began right after high school with a summer job that quickly turned into a lifelong career. I began earning my Business Administration degree from California State University, East Bay. After graduation, I advanced into management and later regional leadership.That experience led me to transition into specialty practices, where I worked across pediatric dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, periodontics, and prosthodontics.
As a former claims manager, I gained firsthand insight into how insurance companies process claims, reduce reimbursements, and where breakdowns occur. This allows me to bridge the gap between dental offices and insurance systems in a way most practices cannot.
During the COVID years, I completed my Master of Health Administration from UCLA Fielding School of Public Health. In 2024, I completed the LEAD program at Stanford Graduate School of Business. These experiences strengthened my expertise in healthcare strategy, financial management, and organizational leadership.
Today, I have worked with Dr. Napolitano and his team since 2014. Born and raised in Fremont, CA, I now call Milpitas home, though my family is based in Miami, FL. Outside of work, I'm a mom to my son Ethan, and you'll usually find me spending time with my dog Thor or unwinding with a hot yoga class.
Brian
Brian was born and raised in San Jose. He enjoys spending time with his wife, whether it be koi keeping at their San Jose home or hiking and wine tasting at their cabin in Arnold CA.
Personal goals include extensive over seas travel and completing a half marathon.

Debbie
We are excited to introduce Debbie, who joined our practice in January 2026!
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Debbie has called Milpitas her professional home for the past 32 years, previously working with Dr. Marshall. She is thrilled to now work alongside Dr. Napolitano and our wonderful staff to continue providing the highest quality care to our patients and the local community.
Outside of the office, Debbie is an avid reader, enjoys traveling, and is a proud aunt to twin nieces and two fluffy chow chows.
