This patient came to Dr. Chen wearing complete upper and lower removable dentures and was tired of taking them in and out every day. He wanted a more stable, fixed solution.

Dr. Chen restored his smile with full-arch implant-supported restorations, using five implants in the upper arch and six implants in the lower arch. The result provides a fixed solution designed to restore function while creating a natural-looking smile personalized to the patient.

This patient came to Dr. Chen with an older upper complete denture and a lower implant-retained partial overdenture. His remaining natural teeth had become severely compromised by decay and chronic infection and could no longer provide a predictable foundation for his smile.

After removing the compromised teeth, Dr. Chen designed a new upper complete denture and a lower implant-retained overdenture that utilizes dental implants for added retention and stability. The result restored a complete, natural-looking smile while providing a more functional prosthetic solution.

After removing the failing teeth and addressing the infection, Dr. Chen developed a comprehensive plan to rebuild his smile. Treatment included an upper All-on-4 implant-supported restoration, crown lengthening, and a combination of bridges supported by natural teeth and dental implants.
